Jeevan Vikas Microfinance Financial Institution Limited has made public its unrevised financial statements up to the first quarter of the current Fiscal Year 2078/79.
According to the report, the organization has managed to earn a net profit of Rs. 176.69 million in the first quarter of the current fiscal year.
The profit was 35.39 percent higher than the same period last year. The organization had earned a net profit of Rs. 134.46 million in the corresponding period of the previous fiscal year.
As of the first quarter, the institution has earned a net interest income of Rs. 383.49 million. This is an increase of 44.27 percent over the same period last year. The organization had earned a net interest income of Rs. 265.82 million in the corresponding period of the previous fiscal year.
The organization has earned an operating profit of Rs. 158.31 million during the review period. Last year, the organization had an operating loss of Rs. 396.83 million.
Similarly, the earnings per share of the organization are 116 rupees 11 paise. The net worth of the company is Rs 371.77 per share. The paid-up capital of the organization is Rs. 604 million. The reserve fund of the organization has accumulated Rs 1.49 billion.
