Kathmandu, Jan. 22 According to the Water and Weather Forecast Division, the influence of the westerly winds is still prevailing in the country.

As a result, in the Far West, Karnali, Gandaki, Lumbini and Bagmati states, there has been normal to complete change, while in the rest of the country, there has been partial to normal change, according to the department. Light rain is falling in some parts of Far West and Karnali and in Lumbini and Gandaki.

There will be partial to normal cloud cover across the country this afternoon. According to the department, there is a possibility of light to moderate snowfall in some parts of the high hills and mountains of the country and light to moderate rain in some places in the far west, Karnali, Gandaki, Lumbini and Bagmati.

There is a possibility of light rain in one or two places of Provinces 1 and 2 and a few places in the rest of the provinces on Friday.
