The IPO of Shwetaganga Hydropower and Construction Limited is going to be distributed on 18th July, Wednesday i.e. tomorrow. The company's shares will be distributed at the office of Sanima Capital, the issuing and selling manager, at 9 am.

The company had issued 23 lakh 89 thousand 500 ordinary shares of Rs 100 per share which will be 15% of the issued capital of 1 billion 593 million rupees from 4th of July. The same shares are going to be distributed tomorrow. 5 percent of the total shares issued have been allotted to mutual funds. The remaining 22 lakh 70 thousand 25 shares will be distributed to the general public.

As there are more applications for the company's shares than the demand, according to the Securities Issuance and Allotment Guidelines, the minimum 10 shares will be distributed from medium to medium. According to this, out of the total applicants, only 2 lakh 27 thousand 2 people will get the shares of the company.
